Formal and informal training for internal IT teams on Cohesity and NetBackup platforms. Documentation, runbooks, and mentoring to build durable internal capability.
Engagement model
All engagements are contract-based through Data Preservation Services, LLC. I work as an independent consultant — you get direct access to a senior practitioner, not a managed services layer or junior team member.
Most engagements are conducted remotely. For projects that benefit from onsite presence — kickoffs, critical migration windows, hands-on appliance work — I'm willing to travel within reason.
Typical engagement structures include time-and-materials contracts, fixed-scope project engagements, and ongoing retainer arrangements for organizations that need standing senior coverage.
